Event Description : Women's Self Defence Seminar with Aditya Roy

This seminar is designed specifically to deal with situations that arise on the street. Work on dealing with knife and empty hand threats, neutralizing an attacker or attackers and getting away.


No frills, no fancy techniques, only survival.
