Event Description : MUSIC Under The Stars with Borders.
Borders is a contemporary Jazz/Electronic quartet based in Delhi. The band's music is shaped by the many different influences of its members, resulting in a mixture between Jazz, Electronic Music, Hip Hop, and Rock, and consists almost entirely of original music. The project was initially proposed by bassist Antón Serrats and drummer Kunal Netrapal, who met in New York City while studying at The Collective School of Music where they both graduated in 2015. Shortly after they met in India four months ago, they found guitar players Loïc Sanlaville and Pranai Gurung, who joined the project and it finally took shape.
