Short Synopsis : Directed by acclaimed director, Yoji Yamada, this beautifully shot period drama is about Munezo a lowly samurai who is part of a northern clan in Japan. While in his family home, Munezo learns that his friend, Yaichiro has been charged with treason and he is ordered by the clan to track down and capture Yaichiro. A fierce duel ensues between the two. Who will prevail in this fight? And is Yaichiro truly guilty of his crimes or is there more to the story?
