Event Description : A Solo show of paintings in Oil, Acrylic, Water color by Prasanna Moharana.

Prasanna Moharana Is a Visual Artist has graduated from B. K. college of Art, Bhubaneswar, Post graduation from JIWAJI University, Gwalior. At present teaching in Kendriya Vidyalaya No-2, Delhi cantt. He was born in Bhubaneswar the capital of Utkal (the land of Art). This is his 2 nd Solo show exploring the conceptual thoughts. A visua illusion depicting the elements of surroundings. He tries to build a relation between self and environment. A well composition in the space, in some works there is a strong social message. His composition has created many planes and dimensions. Treatment and combination of color shows his maturity. The treatment and theme is creating mystic composition on the surface.
The acrylic series titled “With me”, “Dandi march” and “Five elements” tells about stories. The water color series like “Chaos” a spontaneous process of life, which shows majestic color application with aesthetic values. The contact with nature and content of concept is his main concern. As a teacher he knows the syllabus. But when the visual artist looks through, he conceptualized the “OUT OF SYLLABUS”
