Artist's Thought :

I have done BFA from College of Visual Art (Under Indira Kala Sangit Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh and entered for MFA course in the Rabindra Bharati University and stood first class first & owns the Governors award. I have tried a new medium and visual language of my own through my recent work. A stitching type and also dress- designing elements are often found in my paintings. In those paintings childlike natural flow of colour and line attracts every viewer. Geometric forms videlicet: circle, triangle, rectangle, repetitive forms and patterns are my strength in composition. The quest of the lust for life, the thoughts of life, the stress of life, the thrash from life ……is never ending. With only five sensory organs with their limited power to perceive the universe, its: hue and colour music and melody; pleasing or obnoxious smell; sweet and sour taste; touch of the plastic world- Its nature and people, we fail to satiate our mind and soul. Not only because human life span is short but for the frailty or feebleness of its Pancha Indriyas (five sensory organs). Even if we set a target or object in life, path drifts us away either by thepassage of time or forced by the situation or presence of other players. Leading us to an unknown state of objectlessness, such complex-confused state of mind we arrive at is incomplete prediction.
