Event Description : EXHIBITION : Solo show of paintings by Sujata Kar Saha.

“ I imagine, I feel urge and I create More than anyone else , I paint for myself… My upbringing in serene and virgin beauty of nature has always chased me to restoring tranquility in world-weary soul of “modern” society. The colours on the horizon that Nature offers appeal to my senses — and these days, I remainubiquitously obsessed with landscapes. The uncomplicated landscapes invite me to the scope for creative intelligence ……. pushes into opportunity for union of art and living. Since my early days, my attraction towards the imaginary world of remote and uninhabited nature pushes me to spread colors and brush strokes to expose the beauty of the wilderness.They surprise my imagination by way of uniquely turning out. A sensation that has come to reside with me off late — Little wonder then that they inspire totrying my hands at something different.
Those emotions are nothing but poem to my inner being — melodic rhythm that erupt with all its harmonious beauty. These works are fruits of my efforts from the 2015-16 period — a phase that produced quite a few landscapes… A land of saffron where inner sounds blow… Amongst the mountains lonely clouds floats… Birds have flown up at the edge of moss green rivers… A world where whispering colour waves. It has truly been a celestial journey for me. I am still an apprentice in the unfathomed depth of ocean of landscape painting.
