Event Description : "Io, Loro E Lara (Me, Them and Lara)" Italian film screening with English Subtitles

Carlo Mascolo, a missionary priest in Africa, is beset by a deep existential crisis and faith. He returns to Rome, where, at the suggestion of his elders, he decides to take a pause to reflect, to spend some quality time with his family and hence try to overcome his problem. However, his return awaits some bitter surprises as he finds himself trapped in a schizophrenic society totally devoid of human contact within the family - his father Alberto, brother Luigi and sister Beatrice are too focused on themselves that they tend to ignore his problems. Then, one day, in the already complicated world of Mascolo family suddenly enters Lara, atypical tour guide, who, after the initial hostilities, helps Carlo and his family to restore harmony.
