Note : All material, dyes, and fabric shall be provided by the Unit on Day 1 & 2. On Day 3 participants can bring their own dress material (cotton or silk only) while dyes, blocks and other equipment will be provided by the Unit.

Event Description : ART WORKSHOP "Traditional Block Printing Workshop"

Day One Introduction to block printing techniques by master printer from Rajasthan. Use of direct dyes and other accessories.

Day Two Participants practice on cotton cloth with engraved wooden blocks in two colour printing. 


Day Three Participants can bring their own stoles, scarves, saris or dress material (cotton or silk only) to create their own unique range of designs
