Event Description : MUSIC "Moondogs" Band live

Moondogs is a band from Jammu & Kashmir formed by brothers Hamza and Aaqib in 2011. Moondogs as a band was nothing but just a set up for Hamza and Aaqib through which they could express their mutual love for music, which was later joined by Awiaz. It was a perfect run away from all the hardships that a person face in a state like J&K.The band grew up listening to various artists from wide range of styles. Mostly played their starting gigs in Chandigarh. Their own sound is very indie rock with some good melodies. Influences being TheBeatles, Ray Lamontagne, Black keys, Cream, Mamas & Papas & Bob Dylan. Apart from their regular series of gigs, they have played for famous music properties like NH7 Weekender Delhi, Live From The Console Mumbai and a Youtube format called Balcony TV.
