Event Description : Art Collide and The Hungry Monkey present Mana - featuring Karan Khosla and Harshit 'Hashbass' Misra, coming together for a very special evening jazz, funk, RnB and soul. 

Mana Contractor Current lead singer of Chandbibi and The Waste Candidates and jazz band, The Mystery Tourists, Mana is a versatile vocalist who is equally comfortable singing jazz, RnB and rock. In moments of madness, she can also do a respectable rap. She loves live looping and generates very interesting vocal effects and layers to texture songs. Having graduated with honors from the Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music, she had the opportunity to learn under some incredible musicians like Natalie John, Raphaelle Brochet, Magos Herrera, and Alex Pinto for jazz; Aditi Upadhyaya and Priya Purushothaman for Hindustani. Having been on the scene for a little over two years, Mana has performed with various bands across India thereby making a mark in the indie scene.

Harshit “Hashbass” Misra is an around-the-world in-demand bassist who is backed up by some of the best companies in the industry namely TC Electronic , Jim Dunlop etc . Harshit is a graduate of the Musician’s Institute Of Los Angeles. A winner of the 2014 outstanding Student award at MI, which saw him become a faculty member at the Musician Institute. During his 10 years as a session player with real professional working ethic combined with a sweet smile, he's been fortunate to play with acts like Candice Glover (American Idol Winner), Wayne Brady, Girl Radical , Shubha Mudgal Ji , Shilpa Rao and Grammy Award winning singer/songwriters the Jackie Boyz.

Karan Khosla is a systems analyst by day, and a musician by night – Karan is a classically trained guitar player who has been part of the Indian music scene for almost two decades – he is also a longtime protégé of jazz guitar icon, Matt Warnock. Karan also plays guitar and writes songs for the popular alternative-rock band, “The Limited Experience” and the jazz, R&B act, “The Star Shiners”.
