Event Description : Berlin based DJ Grzly Adams live

As a member of Berlin’s new generation of hiphop DJs, Grzly Adams began his career on the decks in Cologne in 1996, holding various residencies in clubs like Stadtgarten and Apropo. Grzly is known to move a number of dancefloors on a weekly basis, drawing crowds of about 1000 people with DJ sets that are constantly changing. Due to the success of his DJ sets and selections, Grzly also holds a residency at the well known Prince Charles and Cassiopeia Club in Berlin. His extensive repertoire and discipline in staying up-to-date has seen him share the bill with International names like Diplo, The Glitch Mob, Gramatik, Dj Craze, Troyboi, etc.

The Berlin based new-age hip hop DJ Grzly Adams who is widely known for his solo sets and live performances is performing live at Hauz Khas Social on Saturday, February 6. 

Grzly's Indian Connect - In May 2013, Grzly travelled to India for a 6-week stay mission with DJ Uri as cultural ambassadors & DJ Instructors, giving local children introductions to DJ & Music Production activities. The two are instrumental in setting up the groundwork for the True School Of Music (TSM), laying foundations for increased cross-cultural exchange programs in the near future. He returned in 2014 & 2016 for another tour all across india.

Outside the DJ booth, Grzly’s life also revolves around music: between 2007 & 2008, he assisted Native Instruments in their development of the first generation of Traktor Scratch as a product specialist & beta-tester. 2014 he travelled Germany to give Workshops on their new Controller S8.
