Event Description : 15th Oz Haat Charity Mela.

• Local NGOs will sell a wide range of fabulous locally made products including hand painted ceramics, jewellery, textiles, toys, handmade pottery, honey and spices, homeware, Christmas decorations and much more. All proceeds from the sales will go directly to the charities represented. • Plenty of fun things for the kids – magic shows, art & craft, glam photo-booth, drumming workshop, bouncing castle and more. • Gourmet snacks put on by some of your favourite restaurants, a classic Aussie BBQ and bar is also on offer.

Background : Running since 2000, this years’ mela will see participation from 46 NGOs from various cities in India. Oz Haat is organised by the Australian High Commission every year as part of its Direct Aid Program (DAP), which provides small grants to NGOs across India.
