Event Description : 'Visuals of Winter Time' group art show of paintings by artists Shri Ramesh K. Kannan and Shri Prasanth.

Colour is the forte of Ramesh K Kannan who experiments with figurative as well as abstract paintings. A multi-faceted artist, he is also engaged in creative photography  and has worked as a still photographer in various films/TV serials, including “Swaroopam”, a National award winner directed by Sri. K.R. Mohan. The logo designed by him for Kerala Advertising Agencies Association (K3A) won him a gold medal. Kannan has participated in several solo, group shows in India and his works adorn some of the most prestigious institutions of the country.

Prasanth who hails from Mattannur, Kannur District, qualified as an artist in 1985 with a Diploma in Fine Arts and Sculpture from the Kerala School of Arts, Tellicherry. Thereafter, he has since 1987 been regularly participating in various art exhibitions at the state and national levels. His works are mainly based on the subject of nature and the ancient traditional practice of wellness on the physical, emotional and spiritual planes-yoga. The objective of the artist is to revive the love and respect for nature that nurtures life and yoga which leads you into a journey within for ultimate peace and harmony.
