As legendary American bluesman Willie Dixon said – “The Blues is the roots, the rest is the fruits”. To celebrate the 4th edition of Starkonnect Event & Promotion’s pioneer blues festival Simply The Blues spreads its roots to Delhi making its way to the city’s favourite music venue - QLA, Delhi.


Big band sound gets a minimalist twist, with multi-award winning French blues band Lil Red & The Roosters. Don’t let their contagious charm fool you, cause they play some serious blues. Gamin like Jennifer Milligan takes centre-stage, with The Roosters comprising multi-award winning guitarist Pascal Fouquet and the charming Thomas Troussier on blues harp, complimenting her soulful voice, creating an electric blues band in a serious ‘roots’ blues format.
