Event Description : Carrying forward from the last Baithak, this time too we will share with you select video clippings of conversation with Late Dr. S.K. Saxena, on Guru Munna Shukla ji's style of Kathak. This will be followed by a discussion with Guruji.

The Baithak will be especially insightful for students looking to understand the deeper and subtler aspects of the dance form.

Background : In the ancient dance form of Kathak, Guru Munna Shukla ji is one of the few deep reservoirs of knowledge left! His very presence inspires an atmosphere of learning and joyous sharing!

These sessions are about Guru ji sharing with us his vision, rare memories, knowledge and understanding through his talks, lecture demonstrations, performances and compositions.
