What to wear: Quick-dry clothing - t-shirts and shorts. No jeans or casual clothing. Light sports shoes preferably Bata tennis shoes (tight fitting) or rock-climbing shoes (not required for beginners).
What to carry: Extra pair of t-shirt and lowers, towel, snack and water bottle, retainers for prescription glasses/sunglasses, slippers/floaters (when not climbing)
NOTE:
Cut your nails. You will have to pull yourself up on the strength of your arms, particularly your fingers.

Event Description : The Outdoor Journal Clinic presents a climbing workshop.
This workshop is oriented to give a first-hand experience to climbing enthusiasts and give an introductory instruction to pursue the sport (drills will be modified according to the participant’s skill level).
No prior climbing experience is required for participation.
TOJ Clinic is a platform that brings India’s best athletes/mentors and outdoor enthusiasts together to learn new skills in a structured, systematic and fun manner.
