Event Description : The Directorate of Film Festivals (DFF) is organizing “Fragrances from the North East”, a three-day festival of cinema from the region.

The festival will be inaugurated on August 21st at 5.30 pm by the Hon’ble Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore (Retd.), AVSM in the gracious presence of Shri Bimal Julka, Secretary Information & Broadcasting. Some of the leading film personalities from the region are expected to join the celebration.
