Event Description : "Scattered Memories" An Exhibition of Paintings by Veena Jain. 
I have maintained a very intimate relationship with my surroundings. Whatever I’ve seen around me, I’ve striven to express it through my paintings in a unique manner. My works take their final form with the aid of visualistic and abstract images. I’ve tried to look and present the fundamental matter found many layers beneath the obvious. The rural and ambience and its mud racked houses have deeply affected my mental makeup. Travelling  down the lanes of my childhood, I find myself attached closely to such scattered memories. All this and much more is the part of my canvas!
