Event Description : "Petals of the Lotus: The Embodiment of Odissi Dance" a talk by Dr. Rekha Tandon in conversation with dancer Sharon Lowen.

[Dr. Rekha Tandon is Odissi performer, choreographer and researcher. She has a PhD in Dance Studies from Laban in London and has travelled extensively around the world as an Odissi dancer and scholar. 

[Smt. Sharon Lowen is a renowned artist of Odissi, Manipuri and Chhau, a Fulbright and Smithsonian scholar with degrees in Humanities, Fine Arts, Asian Studies and Dance from University of Michigan.]
