Event Description : DLF Place, Saket in partnership Colors Corridor Art Gallery presents The Muses, a fund-raising initiative by Arpan. The Muses is a two week long exhibition which will take place at DLF Place, Saket. The works of prominent artists from all over the country will be showcased and available for sale. The proceeds from the event will go on to support Arpan’s field projects that aim at providing art-based learning to children from marginalised backgrounds of India.
The Muses is a unique effort that will witness a productive confluence of art and education. It involves sale of fine art for the noble cause of uplifting lives of children.
About Arpan : Arpan has been working in the field of innovative education since 2010, making use of visual and performing art to provide Life Skills training to children from lower socio-economic strata of the society. We have organized Three Art-Shows since November 2014 and have worked with painters and sculptors who are recipients of prestigious National awards.
About Colors Corridor : A celebrated Art Gallery, is known for the depth and variety of the artwork it exhibits. The gallery houses a rich reservoir of art works created by contemporary maestros and emerging artist of rare talent. Excellence, Ethics and Excitement are the key elements that one can distinctly observe when they visit the gallery situated at Lado Sarai.
