Event Description : Uchaan Art Gallery presents “Interaction” Group Art Exhibition.

Exhibition was conceptualised as a reflection of my perception of art. Drawing is feeling, Colour is an act of reason. The sound of colours is so definite, it makes you feel expansive and soulful. Colours act in a way that Music does. A musician must make music and an artist must paint... but on 12th July we are inaugurating "Interaction"  wherein we will present to you the delicate interplay of colours and music in form of Jugalbandi of Music by  Abhishek Mathur  &  live paintings by Artist Richa Sharma & Artist Prince Raj. Will also have an interactive session on art with a renowned art critic,  Mr.Qazi M Raghib & Artist Prince Chand on 12th July at 5.00pm in Gold Souk Mall.

Dr. Prince Raj is HOD of Fine Art Department Vidya Knowledge Park, Meerut & is very renowned & famous name in the field of art.  He had participated in lot of shows all over India & an expert live painting artist. 
Richa Sharma, the artist performing in the Jugalbandi is very well known name in the abstract style of paintings. She had won a lot of awards & rewards all through her career as an artist.  
The young talent taking care of music in the Jugalbandi is Abhishek. He is a trained classical singer who has been accredited with the title of 'SANGEET BHUSHAN' by the famous 'Pracheen Kala Kendra' of Chandigarh. A disciple of Pt. Deepak Chaterjee of the Rampur Sahaswan Gharana under the Guru Shishya parampara. He has to his credit a number of music programmes including stage shows and concerts.

"Lend your ears to music, open your eyes to painting... feel the vibrations in your souls"  said Ms Jyoti Kalra, Curator of this event. She further adds, the strength of our exhibition lies precisely in the fact that a single piece of art suggests to each an infinite meaning. My curatorial effort does not impose, but proposes a vision, a questioning and a wish to share my reflection because art has a universal meaning. For this exhibition to come to life, I have collaborated with several talented souls to exchange the essence of art –  to make sure that artists from different cultures and environments, can move past differences and barriers so that expression can cross to a common language, that of art. This is just as versatile and responsive show, as our previous ones.

The participating artists in "Interaction" Aarushi Gulhati, Abhishek Mathur, Amita Rawal, Amrit Kaur, Aparna Banerjee, Debabandya Mohanty, Jaya Lakshmi, Kalaiarasi abhilash, Kamesh Narang, Kapil Yadav, Manu Mittal, Nawal Kishore
Neelesh Ganesh, Pankaj Agarwal, Poonam Saini, Pradeep Kumar, Preeti Kodesia, Prince Chand, Prince Raj, Ravi Soni, Richa Sharma, Seema R. Jairath, Shalini Goyal, Shikha Jamwal, Shruti Srivastava, Sonia Kumar, Suddha R. Sama,
Sudhir Tripurari, Sunil Jaiswal, Taruna Mathur, Usha Srivastava, Veena Udupa and Vibha Rani. All in this accomplished group demonstrate their own unique evolution and approach.
The exhibition will display around 60 works both paintings and sculptures of more than 25 Contemporary Artists. 
Uchaan's efforts is to provide adequate platform & promote new talent & also offer art consulting & professional advice that includes creation & building of personal, corporate & institutional collection.
