Event Description : Launch of the introductory video of the film 'Hashiye Ke Log' story of a man from Dalit Community followed by a Panel discussion.
"Hashiye Ke Log" is a story of a man belonging to 'Dalit' community,which forms a major part of India's marginalized millions,showcasing his struggle in standing against oppression and for a dignified life for himself and many others like him.It also takes on the present day growth policy which is majorly excursionist and hasn't yielded much for many.

About the Director : 
Pawan K Shrivastava is an Independent film Maker, Haashiye Ke log is going to be his second film. His first Feature film "Naya Pata" which was produced through crowd Funding was released last year by PVR Director's rare.
