Event Description : Indra Dance Company presents An evening of Contemporary Dance by Shubhro Ghosh & troupe.
Entrapment, a dance piece which talks about a man being trapped inside a box & feeling suffocated inside. He finds no way to move out or break free. He then started meditation to gain his power, strength and spiritual energy. At last he finds his way to salvation something he has been searching for, for a long time. Avyaya, Ganges above all is the river of India, which has held India’s heart captive & drowns unconverted millions to her banks since the dawn of history. Nothing reclaims order from disorder more than the water of the Ganges, it wipes away the sins of the bather, not just present, but of a lifetime .
