Event Description : Dastkar celebrates Environment Month all of June, 2015! Every Fri-Sat-Sun, we will be organizing short events focusing on distinct nature-friendly themes!

GREEN GALI
5th, 6th, 7th June | 4pm to 8pm

We kickstart the ENVIRONMENT MONTH celebrations on World Environment Day, the 5th of June with a small, three day Green Gali! Home decoratives made with bamboo, fibre & clay; Pottery workshops; Recycled paper products; plants & planters; organic cotton textiles; and much more!

Celebrating plants in our everyday lives, the weekend will be filled with workshops on organic gardening & vegetable dyeing of fabric, organic fruits from Uttaranchal, tips on how to maintain plants in our homes, and stalls selling all you need to green up your home and your lives!
