This festival provides a platform for emerging artists, photographers and poets to showcase their talent and at the same time share their love for nature with fellow nature enthusiasts.

The intention of this festival is to bring all nature lovers on the same platform where art becomes the medium of language. Most importantly, it is established for raising awareness about nature. With every piece of art sold a sapling will be planted. Experts will speak on topics of their interest, such as: Waste/E-Waste, Compost and kitchen waste, Peepal Baba on ‘Give me Trees Trust’, workshop on growing food at home and Vedic Healing (Ayurveda and Yoga). Apart from talks and discussions there will be a nature poetry slam where poets from different walks of life will come together and share their love for nature.

About New Delhi Nature Society : “The nature society of New Delhi is a state of mind, an acceptance of connection with nature.
As human beings we are inclined towards nature by default before we become part of any society. In the past, society has encouraged people to spend time outdoors and motivated folks of all ages to focus on health and fitness using the abundant gifts that nature has to provide. But with growing consumerism in today’s world, an unreasonable importance is given to the economy, so we are left with very few choices. We strive to raise awareness individually as well as collectively. New Delhi Nature society aims to bring like-minded people together to make a difference.
We promote a lifestyle for everybody to connect with nature. Organising workshops for growing food at home, climbing trees, rock climbing, meditation and practicing peaceful coexistence with the animal kingdom. We also organise workshops on other leisurely activities such as stargazing, camping etc.”
