Event Description : INSIDE OUT Workshop -"Exploring the self through performing arts" with Alok Ulfat. 
Recyclewala Labs, already recognized for their original work in Cinema through their film Ship of Theseus, in association with ALOK ULFAT WORKSHOPS presents INSIDE OUT - "Exploring the self through performing arts" 

The workshop is created & facilitated by Alok Ulfat and his team, a theatre practitioner & teacher and has been conducting workshops & mentoring students in India & abroad during the past two decades. Alok studied Teacher Training & Speech & Drama at Emerson College, UK. He taught at the National School of Drama (TIE), Delhi. He is credited for designing the student selection process at FTII, Pune. His work includes being an Act Director for Star & Zee networks. Alok has been for 25 years now. 

Alok Ulfat has trained & mentored actors, directors, and musicians including Harshvardhan Kapoor (S/O actor Anil Kapoor), Anand Gandhi (director of national award winning film Ship of Theseus), director Abhishek Dogra and actor Rajkumar Rao of Dolly Ki Doli.

“Inside Out” aims at helping participants to explore their hidden potential by working together and pooling their knowledge & skills. Workshop will focus on intuitive movement, voice, speech, improvisation & presentation.
