Event Description : Kathak Ke Vilakshan Guru….are a series of monthly baithaks(sit-down conversations) with Kathak Maestro Guru Munna Shukla ji.

In the ancient dance form of Kathak, Guru Munna Shukla ji is one of the few deep reservoirs of knowledge left! His very presence inspires an atmosphere of learning and joyous sharing!

These sessions are about Guru ji sharing with us his vision, rare memories,knowledge and understanding through his talks, lecture demonstrations, performances and compositions.

In this Baithak, we will present the traditional rendering of the exhilarating celebration of HOLI. The compelling narrators, through the simple appeal of KATHAVACHAN, take us to Ram Janma and the evocative atmosphere of Holi in Ayodhya, that we may all be bathed in the colours of Bhakti.
