Event Description : Gunville Flats band live. 

After a trip to Southern parts of America, songwriter and tunesmith James Stallard returned to the UK convinced he was the one to bring the country funk he had seen in the bars of Nashville and Memphis to the South West of the UK. And so with a profound grit and steely determination he forced himself to search through the pubs, dives and illegal clubs of Shaftesbury and Blandford until he found a bunch of hard drinking low lives to share his twisted vision.

Gunville Flats is the result and a more sorry bunch of desperadoes you couldn't wish to meet. Putting their own inimitable twist on 70s outlaw country rock, Gunville Flats play original songs and a mixture of covers from the likes of Willie Nelson, Dillard & Clarke, and Gram Parsons.
