Event Description : An exhibition of Artworks by Pintu Sikder.

At present i am handling a new material (brass nuts) in my Sculpture. It reflects the super materialistic world. The Industrialization captured even the natural portion of Earth. Ti is very symbolic.

Even the fleshy human is transformed into metal nut. Through human in shape and size but still metallic. The Embryo even is being injected, not leaving the new-born also. The metallic musical lone, on which the young group Is engaged in experiment. All the object are very glossy instead of metal. And this glossy look of the metal is to attract the new generation.

In me, each creation and each presentation is unique and Have a special place in my heart. Although i have exhibited My works in kolkata and abroad. But i approaches every exhibition with renewed energy and dedication.

My works are sometimes textural and times highly Polished and finished. My works show that i am a figurative Artist fully conversant with anatomical academic realism. I am however, ready to provide my vision with new possibilities in sculpture.
