Who Can Participate?
These programs are open to all 14 years of age and above, and require no special physical agility or previous experience of yoga. Prior participation in Isha’s Yoga Programs is not a prerequisite, everyone is welcome!
Note : (Since class sizes are limited, registration as a participant or volunteer will both be on a first-come-first served basis.)

Angamardana
The word “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes all the systems of the body
including the muscular system, skeletal structure, nervous system, circulatory system and respiratory system. It offers to everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach peak physical fitness. Designed by Sadhguru to be of universal appeal and application, Isha Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It involves only the body and floor exercises that can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.
Benefits include :
• Strengthens the spine, skeletal system, and muscular system
• Builds physical strength, fitness, and tenacity
• Takes years off the body, bringing a sense of lightness and freedom
