31st January : 4:15 pm - inauguration by Hon’ble Minister for Information and Broadcasting Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore (Retd.), AVSM, in the gracious presence of Shri Bimal Julka Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Director Shri Ananth Narayan Mahadevan & Actor Shri Vinay Pathak.
The festival will open with the Hindi feature film GOUR HARI DASTAAN – THE FREEDOM FILE directed by Ananth Narayan Mahadevan.

Event Description : Indian Panorama Film Festival.
All the films selected in the Indian Panorama, 2014 as part of the 45th International Film Festival of India, will be screened for the public during the festival. 
26 Feature Films and 15 Non-Feature Films will be screened during the 8 days
festival.
