As part of the German Week 2015.
In this class Judith Habermas, Foreign Rights Director at DuMont Buchverlag (Cologne, Germany) will give a short overview of job perspectives in book publishing for students of the humanities.
If interested in publishing most students imagine a position in editing, but there are many more departments in publishing that offer exciting possibilities such as press and publicity, foreign rights or sales and marketing. After a short job description about the different work places in book publishing there will be room for questions and discussion.
