3- A camera for capturing the ‘monumental’ ruins.

Come join team DBF as we walk you through Qila -e- Mubarak better known as Lal Quila or Red Fort while talking about the interesting tid-bits of history and stories of this amazing monument...which you may have seen many a times before, but with explore the unexplored and hear the unheard of stories of this amazing monument!!!

Shahjahan ne banwaya mujhko, Aurangzeb ne badhwaya mujhko,
Dekhe hain maine mushaire aur mehfilein, Aur dekhke bahut se manzar,

Mughalon ka patan dekha, Mazboor hota Zafar dekha,
Aur dekha Angrezon ka atyachar, Aur phir unki bhi hui haar

The mighty forts of Red Fort and its adjacent areas have seen the best and the worst of the Mughal Dynasty. From being the city that was the grandest in the Islamic world, to a city that was almost razed down by the British in the aftermath of the Mutiny of 1857, Shahjahanabad ( meaning Abode of Shahjahan) or Old Delhi as we call it today has seen it all!

Starting with a traditional breakfast as the city wakes up, we walk the main city avenue of Chandni Chowk and into the Red Fort, to discover the hazaar secrets of the Lal Quila which will give you a fresh new perspective of the Mughal Dynasty and help you add an exciting new adventure to your bunch of Delhi experiences!

Presentation will be done in “Zabaan-e-Dilli” Urdu/Hindi and also in English.
