Carpe Diem takes you through the haloed bylanes of Chandni Chowk to discover the delightful secrets it holds in its endless mazes. As we weave our way through Parathewali Gali & Ballimaran we explore their gastronomic wonders and relish exotic delicacies like Daulat ki Chaat. The age old havelis, Mirza Ghalib’s haveli amongst them, have a treasure trove of stories which transport us to the bygone eras of the Mughals & the British.
