Synopsis : Talk about the River Plater culture by Carlos Ernesto Orlando Bonet, Ambassador of Uruguay in India. 

About the speaker : Orlando Bonet, current ambassador of Uruguay in India, was born in Montevideo on May 13th of 1946. He has made diplomat carrer in the External Service of Uruguay. Besides his diplomatic activity, he has an recognized trajectory as an author and literarty critic. Some of his books are: Cuatro cuentos rioplatenses, Buenos Aires (1991), La puerta entornada, Montevideo, (1992), libros de cuentos (editado por Editorial Blanes de Uruguay); Cuentos de diplomáticos, Montevideo 1994, among others.
