"The Feast of the Russian culture in Delhi", Russian Cultural Festival will be held in India from November 5 to December 22, 2014. The opening of the festival will be held in conjunction with XX Meeting of the Intergovernmental Russian-Indian commission on trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural cooperation under the leadership of the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin.
During the Video Conference, experts will discuss the importance of cultural exchange between countries and other issues / challenges associated with it.
