About Jonqui :

Multi percussionist Jonqui, a graduate from tabla & student of Ustad Allarakha. Member of CMA (Cine Musicians' Association, Mumbai) known as one of the best CLUB percussionist in India.

Jonqui, Assam born and based in Mumbai. Performed all over the world - on Basel World in Switzerland, Dusseldorf Festival in Germany, Art Festival in Singapore, World Social Forum in Kenya, Shalom Peace Festival in New Delhi, Lucknow Mahotsav, Qutub Festival in New Delhi, Kala Ghoda Festival in Mumbai and many more. Was playing with Kailash Kher's Band Kailasha for three years, for last few years performing solo and has played with more than 200 leading djs across the globe.
