Event Description : We, as students and enlightened citizens are taking the initiative to protest against the harming of the NCR environment ,We appeal to you to come together AGAINST THE  GOVERNMENT's mindless decision of constructing a slaughterhouse in Sector 37 of Gurgaon. In a city starved of water, a slaughterhouse would squeeze many million gallons of water out of residential consumtion. It is an environmental hazard and would bring stench in surrounding 8 kms stretch.
Lets join a mass protest against the opening of a slaughter house in sector 37, Gurgaon, which will mercilessly butcher about 40000 animals everyday. A city which is already facing grave problems related to environment, water and electricity shortage. Opening this slaughter house will require 15 lakh liters of water and dent the already deteriorating sanitation condition of the city. We request you to participate actively in this protest.
