ANTAHKARAN (Internal Organ) is certainly a visual indulgence for all art lovers who pleasure in the rhythm of colors. Triveni Gallery is showcasing a solo exhibition of paintings of Anand Prakash
Anad Prakash, a young, passionate and promising artist of the contemporary art world today, hails from Allahabad. Born on 15th bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the Allahabad University in the year 2006. He has been bestowed with many awards and fellowships like National Academy Award by Lalit Kala Akademi, 79th Award, State Lalit Kala Academy, UP, Junior Artist Fellowship, HRD, Govt of India.
He has also many prestigious shows and camps to his credit including All India Art Exhibition, State Lalit Kala Academy, UP, 2010,75th Amritsar, 2009, 79th and Sculpture Camp, Chandigarh, 2011, and Junior Artist Camp 2010, to name a few. The forthcoming solo exhibition of Anand Prakash ‘ANTAHKARAN’(Internal Organ) is a reflection of the journey of the artist himself which he unlashes through a collection of 15 compositions . In his vibrant compositions one gets to see a ceaseless motion that generates enormous energy. His primary concern and obsession with colours leads him to use them with a great degree of fine accomplishment. He masters in creating tonality of colours within colours, while the painterly strokes go on producing several layers that deepen the effect of sensation and are capable of vibrating our occipital lobes. He also has the power to swiftly transmute the drab and sordid into absolute beauty.
