Music, dance, politics, space travel – Let’s Laugh Again has it all.
Gopal Sharman, who has written new versions of Let’s Laugh Again every election since 1976, plays Dan Vir “We now stand at the crossroads” Singh, while Jalabala Vaidya returns as Jijabai Borekar the space-travelling MP VIP with one foot perpetually in her mouth.
Nisa Shetty, Angad Thakur, Jaya Virrley, Sara Jaggi, Rakesh Palisetty, Pushkar Garg, Gaurav Gupta, Dhruv Shetty, Yashna Shetty, Shobhit Balwani, Mahant Shah and Babool The Cat make up the rest of the madcap political rainbow. Not to forget Nation “Raise A Finger” Goswamy, the anchor who is locked in a shouting contest with his guests, Ms. Haathi Mere Saathi, Suprasammy, Abhi Abhi Yahan Tha and Kidhar Gayaji among others.
