Shubh Karman te Kabhu na taro
Na daro ar so jab jaye laron
****Nichye kar apani jeet karo ****
O lord give me the power to do the right thing and constantly evolve as a better human being that does not fear anything and with its focus, resolve and strength ensures that right is always upheld. The evolution of mankind has been its single biggest achievement and its constant endeavor to conquer its fear and grow to learn, understand and quest to know newer things with blessings of one god is the collective beauty of our race. The Baisakhi of 16__ was once such day when 10th sikh guru created Singh’s out of divided, fighting and caste ridden human beings and evolved them into Khalsa – the pure. This single act of bestowing Amrit – the pure water to the one who is willing to give his head for the right, has had a long lasting and evolutionary impact of the world, which has seen the creation of a race that does not disctinguish on basis of caste, sect or language and believes in one single god.
On the occasion of Baisakhi, Dr Dimple Kaur presents an Indian classical dance performance based on the self evoliution – the Swambhu, the one who is borne out of one god, who with almighty’s blessings constantly evolves.
The production in association with “The Curtain Call” group will in a combination of classical and contemporary format depict the evolution of Swambhu – The one which is pure and born from within
