Event Description : India Today Conclave 2014, India’s largest thought festival for the finest minds from across the country and the world.
The theme for 2014 is ‘Winning’ and the Conclave will be attended by some of the prominent names across politics and economics, business and administration, education, security affair and the Bollywood fraternity.

This year, the conclave has some exciting sessions by dignitaries coming together to share their views at the two day event.

Day 1 of the Conclave will see prominent speakers such as Arun Shourie Author, Former Union Minister who will be addressing on the topic ‘Why the Government Has No Business to Be in Business’; Vasundhara Raje, Chief Minister, Rajasthan and Kapil Sibal, Minister Of Communications And Information Technology will throw light upon the topic ‘Who Will Win the Battle of 2014’; An exciting youthful session with Ratul Puri, Chairman, Hindustan Power projects Private Limited, Ranveer Singh, Actor and Niladri Kumar, Sitar Player on the topic ‘How to be Bold and Brave’; while a special election zone on the topic ‘Win Uttar Pradesh, Win India’ by Amit Shah, General Secretary, BJP, Manish Sisodia, Cabinet Minister, Delhi And Member, Aam Aadmi Party, Digvijaya Singh, Rajya Sabha Member And General Secretary, Congress, R. P. N. Singh, Union Minister Of State For Home Affairs.

These discussions will be followed by an entertaining session with Superstar Amitabh Bachchan on ‘Cinema as the Mirror of Society’ and will conclude with a special session by Arvind Kejriwal, Former Chief Minister, Delhi highlighting the topic ‘Making Government Work’.

Day 2 of the Conclave will commence with an exciting session with the leading Bollywood Actor, Deepika Padukone on ‘Why Heroines are the New Heroes’; A psephologists’ discussion on the topic ‘The Political stock exchange. My predictions’ by Yogendra Yadav, Psephologist and Member, Aam Aadmi Party, Ashok Lahiri, Economist & Psephologist, Dorab Sopariwala, Psephologist; An Expression by Kalki Koechlin.

The conclave will conclude with a session on ‘Can India and Pakistan Reconnect?’ by Shahbaz Sharif, Chief Minister of Punjab, Pakistan
