About ‘Inner Worlds Outer Worlds’:
Most of the discomforts we experience in our life arise from the divergence of interests, within ourselves, between the voices of our own conscience, values, beliefs, motives, feelings and desires – between what we know, what we feel, what we want and what we actually do. This is happening because we are not in tune with ‘who we ARE’: the ‘master inside’ - the spiritual heart who is our true identity.
‘Inner Worlds ~ Outer Words’ is a one and half day workshop that will facilitate a process of exploration and harmonisation of those inner voices by accompanying participants in their personal journey to:
- Come in contact with the wonder of the mind/body complex and the energies, powers and intelligences that are operating within us all;
- Recreate or reinforce the connection between their consciousness and the actual reality of their inner life;
- Identify the positive/negative self images dwelling in - and operating from - the subconscious mind and engage meaningful conversations between them;
- Open communication pathways with the ‘higher’ self & connect to the spiritual heart;
- Explore leadership styles that foster healthy, vibrant and effective inner communities and learn simple practices to bring to the forefront the spiritual heart essence that is the only power that can create a life of abundance, meaning and service in a non violent and truly satisfying way.
