Event Description : Another SATURDAY FLEA MARKET @ NIRVAAHA and a day of exploring EDUCATION to HEALTH to PRODUCTION to FARMING to ECO-PRODUCTS, this flea market brings together the best of the sustainable options you can have while living in Delhi!

Aarambh - Delhi Waldorf School - Aarambh is a Waldorf Education pre-primary school based on a philosophy by Rudolf Steiner. From 2:00-3:30 pm, understand the philosophy and the alternate school system in a workshop with teachers & parents at Nirvaaha. Post-workshop Aarambh teachers will display handmade products made by parents & teachers at the flea market.

Mum-entos - Personalised keepsakes hand-crafted from children's outgrown clothes - a beautiful way of preserving those treasured memories!

Vividhara - time to green-up your terrace / kitchen gardens. Vividhara brings traditional & organic seeds to grow veggies, along with their diverse collection of organic produce from Uttarakhand.

Craftkari - creative craft items from greeting cards to jewelry and decorative items made by students of Manzil

yes OUI care (YOC) - an eco-conscious & ethical clothing line for children, women and men. A social enterprise, working on harmony through long term creative collaborations with underprivileged children.

Alternate energy technology by Tarun Nanda - an Environmental Engineer working on sustainability & waste management. He has built smokeless stoves, rocket mass heaters, solar water heaters, led lighting. See his led display at the flea market and learn how to make solar water heater for your home from PET bottles and Tetra Pak cartons!

Green Potli - Promoting green goods for a more sustainable way of living. Check out bamboo products like brushes, kitchenware and art products marketed by Green Potli.

Project Search by Tetra Pak - Recycle you tetra pak cartons - drop your cartons in the tetra pak recycle bin at Nirvaaha and pick up notebooks etc made from recycled tetrapacks under Project SEARCH - A TERI-TETRAPAK initiative
