Event Description : 'Don’t Dress For Dinner' A hinglish comedy in 2 acts, the play has been adapted to an Indian scenario and the duration of the play to about an hour and a half. The story is about an urban couple in their mid to late forties and what happens to them one late summer afternoon and evening. Uday plans a wonderful weekend with his girlfriend while his wife is away on a visit to her mother’s. A chance phone picked up by his wife -- Mona, upsets all Uday’s carefully laid plays. You see, Mona learns of the arrival of her lover, MICKEY, who also happens to be her husband-UDAY’s – best friend, on a visit to their home. Into all this arrives, SEEMA, a cordon Blue cooks who has been hired by Uday to cook an elaborate meal to celebrate his girl friend’s birthday!! How the cook becomes the MODEL girl friend and the girl friend the cook makes for one hilarious situation leading into another. A laugh a minute, riotous comedy leads to a most unexpected ending. Cast: Ramesh Thakur, Dimple Singh, Sahil Kapur and Nancy Grewal.
