Event Description : Cafe Gartino in association with Black Dog present Groove with DJ Barkha.

Having been a model for eleven years, DJ Barkha always thought that it was the toughest profession. But when she became a DJ, she discovered a whole new side to herself. She was treated differently. She loved the excitement of doing something new. She feels anyone with an interest for music can take up this profession; it doesn't matter whether you're male or female. Spinning and mixing music, making people dance to her tunes, gives her a different high altogether. She love interacting with the crowd and those little conversations over the mike make it more interesting.
As for music, she has been a hardcore music lover, which has given her a talent of blending good mixes of Bollywood and World Music.
