Event Description : Design Day Delhi #1 — Typography
Design Day is a platform for designers to meetup every month, learn something new, create something new, and most importantly — get inspired and renew their interest in various disciplines of design. Each Design Day will feature "Design Yodas" who will talk about their design philosophies and the initiatives they are involved in. 

Each speaker is a proven design practitioner with more than just a few design conquests under their belt. Design Day also features an interactive jam session where participants form groups to work on an outside-the-box problem to test their design learning.

The theme for the first meetup is Typography. We'll begin with a Design Story session by Kriti Monga of the Turmeric Design fame. This will be followed by a work showcase by Angel Bedi of the massively viral The Filmy Owl.

We'll conclude with a Jam session where the audience will create hand-made typography and present it. This will be led by the speakers.
