5.00 pm : Auditorium, Library Building : Prof. Shaibal Gupta, Asian Development Research Institute, Patna, will deliver the Memorial Lecture on ‘The Idea of Bihar.

The Panel and Lecture are being held in commemoration of the 60th Birth Anniversary of the Late Prof. Papiya Ghosh. A distinguished scholar, writer, academic and teacher, she was a historian of distinction.  She was associated with the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library as an Affiliated Fellow 1988 to 1991.
