Event Description : Sanjay Kadaveru (Founder and President - Action For India) invites you to a National Conference that encapsulates Social Innovation, Technology and Government entitled, “Building Innovation Ecosystems for Mega Impact”.
The conference will feature keynote addresses by inspiring and influential leaders in the field of social innovation and government namely Sam Pitroda - Advisor to the Prime Minister of India and is also Chair of India’s National Innovation Council (through Video Conference), Desh Deshpande - Adviser to the US President Barack Obama on Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Founder of the Deshpande Foundation, Rentala Chandrashekhar - former Telecom Secretary, Government of India and the incoming President at NASSCOM, Arun Maira - Member, Planning Commission, Government of India and J Satyanarayana - Secretary, Department of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India. Shivani W. Pasrich is the emcee for the proceedings.

Action For India, a not-for-profit organisation, the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), and the Centre for Innovations in Public Systems (CIPS), Hyderabad have partnered to organise this conference that aspires to bring together decision makers in the government and technology domain, in order to foster public private partnerships and cross sector collaborations. The conference will see participation by as many as 50 senior IAS officers, who will meet with leaders to share successful innovations and plan a way forward.
The event will launch a new program of activity at Action For India particularly in the sectors of education, healthcare, energy, livelihood and agriculture.
