Synopsis:  Insurgentes is  an activist film that follows two centuries of popular uprisings in Bolivia.  Is an ambitious historical reconstruction test that explicitly responds to a question about the origins of this: How do we get here? Or in other words, what is the genealogy of change of this revolution that put at the head of the Bolivian state an indigenous?
